Hi, I'm gonna demonstrate a do it yourself wedding cake.

We've got our cake all assembled.

Next step is to close these seams with a nice dotted edge.

Before I do, I'm just gonna see

if there's anything that needs to be touched up,

any extra frosting.

The cake is still nice and chilled, so,

it's very easy to work with.

It stays cold a long time,

especially if you get the chance to frost these cakes

and then let them sit in the refrigerator overnight.

They'll stay cold from within,

and therefore keep the frosting cold

while you're decorating the whole time.

Now we're gonna add a dotted edge

that's gonna cover up this seam between the layers.

This bag is fitted with this buttercream,

and a number six round tip.

I'm gonna use that to pipe a dotted seam

where the cakes meet each other.

Last tier, the big one.

And the important thing with this

is that you just make the dots all the same size,

and that they touch each other.
