[Instructor] Confectioner's sugar dessert presentation.
Confectioner's sugar can add a decorative
touch to a dessert plate, it's so simple.
Put some confectioner's sugar into a fine-mesh sieve.
Hold the edge of a piece of cardboard or stiff paper
on a diagonal across the top of a piece of cake.
Gently sift the sugar through the sieve to create a dusting
of white sugar across the corner of the cake.
You could also use a lace doilie or any shape cutout
to create other patterned designs.
There you have it, an added touch
to your dessert in no time.
