6 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar or red wine vinegar
1 1/2 teaspoons honey
3/4 teaspoon ground cumin
3/4 teaspoon chili powder
1 head butter lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces
1 large watercress bunch, stems trimmed
1 large head radicchio, torn into bite-size pieces
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
2 oranges, peeled, sliced crosswise into rounds

Preparation

    Whisk first 5 ingredients in small bowl to blend. Season with salt and pepper.

    Step 2

    Place remaining ingredients in large bowl. Toss salad with enough dressing to season to taste.
