Ingredients

3 firm but ripe mangoes, peeled, pitted, cut into 1/4-inch dice
4 1/2 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 1/2 tablespoons dark rum
1 tablespoon grated lime peel

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients in small bowl. Let stand at room temperature 30 minutes, tossing occasionally. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
