Get your shrimp from a good source, and shrimp recipes can save dinner. This versatile ingredient works with all sorts of flavors and in all manner of cuisines, it keeps in the freezer a long time, and it cooks in mere moments. Seriously, like two or three minutes. And shrimp are a grill's best friend. Smoke is the most important ingredient in our favorite grilled shrimp recipes, assembled below, and none of them gets a whole lot more complicated than that.
