Ingredients

2 bottles chilled Mosel (a medium dry German white wine)
2/3 cup cognac
1/2 cup Grand Marnier
2 cups chilled seltzer or club soda
1 pint strawberries, hulled (and quartered if large)

Preparation

  1. In a punch bowl, combine Mosel, cognac and Grand Marnier. Add a block of ice or ice cubes. Stir until very cold, then stir in seltzer. Garnish the punch withstrawberries.
