IF YOU DON'T HAVE A PANINI GRILL
Heat skillet on medium heat. Cook quesadilla 3 min. on each side or until cheese is melted and quesadilla is golden brown on both sides, gently pressing down top of quesadilla with spatula to flatten slightly as it cooks.
HOW TO DEVEIN RAW SHRIMP
To devein raw shrimp, first remove the outer shell. Then make a lengthwise shallow cut on the outer curve of the shrimp to expose the black vein. Loosen the vein with the tip of a sharp knife, then pull with your fingers to remove.

1/4 lb. uncooked medium shrimp, peeled, deveined
1/8 tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne)
2 flour tortillas (8 inch)
2 KRAFT Big Slice Pepper Jack Cheese Slices
1/4 cup fresh salsa
1/2 avocado, sliced

Preparation

    Step 1

    HEAT panini grill.

    Step 2

    HEAT oil in small skillet on medium heat. Add shrimp and red pepper; cook and stir 3 to 4 min. or until shrimp turn pink.

    Step 3

    TOP 1 tortilla with 1 cheese slice, shrimp, salsa and avocados; cover with remaining cheese slice and tortilla.

    Step 4

    GRILL 4 min. or until golden brown. Cut into wedges.
