Roast Pork with Mustard—As Easy As 1, 2, 3.
This recipe really is as easy as one, two three—sauce, bake, and slice. Small pork tenderloins, vacuum-packed two to a pack, are available in many supermarkets. For variety, try one of the new flavored teriyaki sauces, such as roasted garlic teriyaki, but be sure to choose a brand without a lot of added sugar.

Preparation
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. In a small bowl, mix together the teriyaki sauce, wine, and mustard. Put the tenderloins in a shallow roasting pan and pour the mixture over them. Roast for about 30 minutes, turning midway through, until the tenderloins are well browned and have reached an internal temperature of 150 degrees. Remove to a cutting board and let sit for 3 to 5 minutes before slicing. Drizzle the meat with pan juices and serve.
