2 tablespoons finely chopped scallion
1/2 teaspoon caraway seeds, chopped fine
3 cups thinly sliced Napa cabbage
Preparation
In a bowl whisk together vinegar, oil, and salt and pepper to taste. Add scallion, caraway, and cabbage and toss well.
