1-1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onions
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup KRAFT Mexican Style Finely Shredded Four Cheese
1 pkt. SHAKE 'N BAKE Seasoned Panko Seasoned Coating Mix
1 Tbsp. A.1. Dry Rubs Sweet Mesquite BBQ
1-1/2 cups frozen mixed vegetables (carrots, corn, green beans, peas), thawed
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
3 cups warm mashed potatoes

Preparation

  1. Make It

    Step 1

    HEAT oven to 375°F.

    Step 2

    BROWN meat with onions and garlic in large skillet; drain. Return meat mixture to skillet.

    Step 3

    COMBINE cheese, coating mix and Dry Rubs. Add half the cheese mixture to meat mixture along with the mixed vegetables and tomato sauce; stir. Cook 5 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently.

    Step 4

    SPOON into 2-qt. casserole sprayed with cooking spray; cover with potatoes. Top with remaining cheese mixture.

    Step 5

    BAKE 20 min. or until heated through.
