If you love Dole Whip (a Disney Park fan's favorite frozen treat), you'll love this super-refreshing, dairy-free dessert with the texture of soft serve.

We got the best results using a food processor, but if you don't have one, you can use a blender.

Ingredients

4 cups frozen pineapple chunks
1 cup canned unsweetened coconut milk
1 frozen banana
Pinch of kosher salt
4 fresh pineapple wedges (optional)

Preparation

  1. Process frozen pineapple, coconut milk, banana, and salt in a food processor until very smooth. Divide among glasses or cups and garnish with pineapple wedges, if using.
