Ingredients
1 1/2 ounces light or dark rum
3 ounces apple juice or cider
1 1/2 tablespoons lime juice
1/2 cup crushed ice
Twist lime peel
Preparation
Combine all ingredients except the peel in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Strain into a cocktail glass and drop in the peel.
