Green-Grape Juice
Ingredients
4 cups green grapes (about 1 1/4 pounds; preferably seedless)
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
Preparation
Step 1
In a blender, blend grapes and lemon juice until very smooth, about 1 minute. Pour mixture through a sieve into a bowl, pressing hard on solids.
Step 2
Serve grape juice over ice in tall glasses.
