6 large eggs
4 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
Two 4-ounce cans diced green chilies

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Crack the eggs into a large bowl and beat. Add the cheese and green chilies. Mix, pour into a 9-by-13-inch baking dish, and spread evenly across the dish. Bake for about 25 minutes, until the casserole has set and lightly browned. Cut into 6 squares and serve.
