Ingredients
10 mini-bagels, halved horizontally and toasted lightly
6 ounces soft mild goat cheese
10 slices of hard salami, each quartered into triangles
60 slices of cherry tomato (about 20 tomatoes)
20 small basil sprigs
Preparation
Spread the bagel halves with the goat cheese, top each half with 2 salami triangles, 3 slices of tomato, and a basil sprig, and sprinkle the toppings lightly with pepper.
