Delectable Green Smoothie

Tried a green smoothie in the past you had to force down for the good of your insides? Well, this one is sweet, delicious, easy to drink, and full of all the right stuff.

Ingredients

10½ fluid ounces coconut water (300 milliliters)
½ pear
½ avocado
10 mint leaves
¼ seedless cucumber
1 cup baby spinach leaves (1½ ounces / 45 grams)
¼ cup vanilla protein powder (1 ounce /30 grams)
1 teaspoon goji berries
1 teaspoon activated pepitas (available from health or natural food stores)
1 teaspoon bee pollen (available from health or natural food stores)

Preparation

  1. Step 1

    Put the coconut water, pear, avocado, mint, cucumber, spinach leaves, and protein powder in a blender and blend until smooth.

    Step 2

    Serve in glasses, sprinkled with the goji berries, pepitas, and bee pollen.
