Ingredients

2 cups ricotta cheese
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, at room temperature
1/4 cup powdered sugar
6 sugar cones
1 cup strawberries, hulled and quartered
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. Step 1

    In a mixing bowl, combine the ricotta, cream cheese, and powdered sugar and set aside.

    Step 2

    Drop a few strawberries into the bottom of each sugar cone. Spoon some of the sweetened ricotta on top of the strawberries and sprinkle the tops with the mini chocolate chips.
