1 lemon
9 ounces Scotch whisky
2 cups boiling water

Preparation

    Remove the peel from the lemon, slicing it as thinly as possible so that practically none of the white is included. Slice the lemon thinly. Put the Scotch in a warmed pitcher, add the lemon peel and boiling water. Stir gently.

    Step 2

    Serve in Old-fashioned glasses garnished with a slice of lemon.
