Swap

1/2 cup white wine for 1/2 cup of the cider vinegar (you’ll still need 2 tablespoons)

Add

1 to 1 1/2 teaspoons crushed red pepper flakes
1/2 to 3/4 cup crumbled goat cheese

Preparation

  1. Step 1

    Prepare the chicken as in the master recipe, #42, add the crushed red pepper flakes when you add the onions to the skillet. Continue with the recipe as before.

    Step 2

    Prepare the salad and potatoes as in the master recipe, adding the goat cheese to the potatoes at the same time that you add the butter.
