Campari Champagne Cocktail

Ingredients

4 1/2 tablespoons honey
4 1/2 tablespoons Campari
3/4 cup fresh orange juice
1 750-ml bottle champagne, chilled
6 small strawberries (optional)

Preparation

  1. Step 1

    Stir honey and Campari in 2-cup measuring cup until honey dissolves. Stir in orange juice. Cover and chill until cold, at least 30 minutes and up to 4 hours.

    Step 2

    Pour 3 tablespoons Campari mixture into each of 6 chilled Champagne flutes. Fill glasses with Champagne. Garnish with strawberries, if desired.
