Ingredients
2 bananas
1 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
1 cup fresh orange juice
2/3 cup plain yogurt
honey to taste
Preparation
In a blender blend at high speed the bananas, the pineapple juice, the orange juice, the yogurt, and the honey until the mixture is smooth and frothy and divide the mixture among chilled glasses.
