2 dates, pitted
1 cup frozen strawberries
½ cup plain whole-milk yogurt
1 Tbsp. finely grated peeled ginger

Preparation

  1. Purée 2 dates, pitted, 1 cup frozen strawberries, ½ cup plain whole-milk yogurt, 1 Tbsp. finely grated peeled ginger, and ½ cup water in a blender until smooth. Pour smoothie into a glass.
