Ingredients
1 bottle dry red wine
2 cups tawny or ruby port
1 cup brandy
8 cubes sugar
Peel of 2 oranges
6 cloves
1 stick cinnamon
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a heavy saucepan and heat slowly without allowing the mixture to reach simmering point. Pour into 4-ounce punch glasses.
