Ingredients
1/3 cup minced shallots
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 small garlic clove, pressed
1/2 cup olive oil
Preparation
Whisk shallots, vinegar, mustard and garlic in small bowl to blend. Gradually whisk in olive oil.
