    Makes 1 1/2 pints

Ingredients

2 cups olive oil
1/2 cup wine vinegar
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons tomato sauce
2 tablespoons chili sauce
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1 green pepper, sliced
2 slices onion
1/2 clove garlic

Preparation

  1. Put all the ingredients into a blender, blend for 1 minute. Pour into a screw-top jar.
