The editor of Epicurious (that's me!) has a serious chocolate cake addiction. Cupcakes, loaf cakes, layer cakes, he doesn't care—if it's chocolate cake, he'll eat it, and he won't leave a crumb leftover for anybody else (sorry!).     Texas Sheet Cake
