Teaching is an art.
To teach well and make,
it's more like a farmer or a gardener.
I teaching here 17 years.
Before I come here, I already taught nine years in China.
We show you Chinese way.
Keep going.
Okay.
Put in pan.
[Interviewer] What's your favorite
piece of equipment in your classroom here?
My hands.

In my crystal ball, I picture Claire much more
in a bakeshop sort of atmosphere.
I think her temperament is much better suited
to that sort of environment than maybe a restaurant
or hotel environment.
Erin seems to have a pretty great sense of humor.
I see Erin as being a very determined sort of person
who would really dig in and do whatever
needed to be done.
I think Erin could very easily spend time
working in a busy, very fine-quality restaurant.
I can see her doing bread baking as well.
Jared, fun guy, highly energetic, very intelligent.
Really focused, kind of could be a little,
sometimes to do dominate a team.
His attitude is very good.
The weakness, I keep remind him, very humble.
Markos, I see more as a team leader.
Welcome everybody to skill-clee.
I am Chef Haverback.
Force it.
Push 'em in?
Yes, Chef.
