Yogurt-Cilantro Sauce

Ingredients

3/4 cup plain low-fat yogurt
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro leaves
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Coarse salt and fresh ground pepper

Preparation

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the yogurt, cilantro, and lemon juice; season with salt and pepper.
