(Iced Coffee with Vanilla Ice Cream)

Ingredients
3/4 well chilled heavy cream
3 cups freshly brewed strong coffee, chilled well
3 pints vanilla ice cream, softened slightly
Preparation
In a chilled bowl beat the cream until it holds soft peaks. Divide the coffee among six 12-ounce tumblers, top it with the ice cream, and garnish each serving with a large dollop of the whipped cream.
