Ingredients

Splash of Soda
Fresh mint
6 ounces pineapple juice
2 ounces fresh mango chunks
1 1/2 ounces light rum ice, cubed or crushed
1 teaspoon dark rum

Preparation

  1. In a tall glass, combine soda and a couple of mint sprigs. Crush mint. Add juice, mango and light rum; mix. Add ice and top with dark rum. Umbrella optional!
