4 1/2 cups whole milk
4 1/2 cups freshly brewed strong coffee or espresso

Condiments:

Ground cinnamon
Vanilla beans
Sugar
Unsweetened cocoa powder
Honey
Strips of orange and lemon zest

Preparation

  1. In medium pan over low heat, heat milk until bubbles form around edges. Whisk to form frothy bubbles. In insulated coffee carafe, combine coffee and milk. Serve with condiments.
