Tarragon Butter

1 sticks (1/2 cup)
Ingredients
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, at room temperature
1 tablespoon minced fresh tarragon
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
Preparation
Beat the butter with an electric mixer until fluffy, then stir in the tarragon and lemon juice. Using waxed paper, shape the butter into a log. (If you want to pipe the butter into decorative shapes, spoon it into a pastry bag fitted with a star tip.) Chill. Slice the butter log and place a few slices on top of grilled steak or fish.
