Ingredients
4 hot red chiles (about 2 inches long), chopped
4 garlic cloves, chopped
2 tablespoons dried shrimp
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon water
2 tablespoons Thai fish sauce
3 to 4 tablespoons lime juice
Preparation
Mix chiles, garlic, dried shrimp, and sugar with the water in a blender and gradually add the fish sauce and lime juice.
