a small head cauliflower (about 1 pound)
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds
1/4 teaspoon ground coriander

Preheat oven to 450° F.
Step 2
Cut cauliflower into 1-inch flowerets and in a roasting pan or ovenproof skillet toss with remaining ingredients. Roast mixture in oven 25 minutes, or until cauliflower is just tender.
