Ingredients

8 tablespoons (1 stick) butter
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup self-rising flour

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 13 × 9 × 2-inch pan. Melt butter and peanut butter in bowl over hot water. Add remaining ingredients. Stir until blended. Pour into prepared pan and bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool and cut into squares.
