Leek Garnish
Ingredients
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 cup prepared sliced leeks (see note, page 61)
Preparation
In a large skillet, heat the butter over medium-high heat. Add the leeks; cook, stirring, until golden brown, about 3 minutes.
