16 sea scallops for the shrimp

1/4 pound prosciutto di Parma, cut into very thin strips
4 scallions, thinly sliced
Preparation
Step 1
Prepare just as for the master recipe, #239, cooking the scallops in the same way as the shrimp.
Step 2
While tossing the angel hair, scatter in the prosciutto and scallions. The salt and onion flavors accent the sweetness of the scallops.
