Green Rice Casserole

Ingredients

One 10-ounce package frozen chopped broccoli
2 cups cooked rice
One 10 3/4-ounce can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, at room temperature
One 8-ounce jar Cheez-Wiz

Preparation

  1. Cook the broccoli according to package directions; drain well. In a large bowl, combine the broccoli, rice, soup, and butter. Reserving a small amount for the top of the casserole, add the Cheez-Wiz. Stir until the butter and Cheez-Wiz are blended in. Transfer to a greased casserole and top with remaining Cheez-Wiz. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes, or until the top starts to bubble.
