1 16-ounce baked cheese pizza crust (such as Boboli)
Olive oil
1/2 cup regular or reduced-calorie mayonnaise
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup chopped red onion
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil or 1 tablespoon dried, crumbled
4 large garlic cloves, minced

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Brush pizza crust lightly with olive oil. Combine remaining ingredients in small bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Spread mayonnaise mixture evenly over crust. Bake until crust is crisp and topping heated through, about 10 minutes.
