1 1/2 ounces Irish whiskey
3/4 ounce simple syrup
1/2 ounce heavy cream

Preparation
A delicious mix of caffeine, dessert, and danger. Mix 2 ounces strong cold-brew coffee, 2 ounces stout (such as AleSmith Speedway or Guinness), 1 1/2 ounces Irish whiskey, and 3/4 ounce simple syrup in a highball glass. Add ice to fill. Gently pour in 1/2 ounce heavy cream so it gradually sinks into coffee; sprinkle with freshly grated cinnamon.
