Ingredients
1 cup sour cream
2 cups packed cilantro sprigs
2/3 cup packed mint leaves
1 tablespoon chopped scallion
1 tablespoon chopped seeded fresh jalapeño
1/2 teaspoon chopped peeled fresh ginger
Accompaniment: pappadums, khakhra, or crisp flatbread
Preparation
Blend all ingredients along with 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper in a blender until smooth.
