1 cup fat-free chocolate ice cream
1/2 cup nonfat or skim evaporated milk
1 cup ice cubes
2 tbsp light chocolate syrup
1 tbsp malted-milk powder
1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
2 crumbled chocolate chip or Oreo cookies
Preparation
