Bourbon Balls

These taste even better a few days after they're made.

Ingredients

1 cup pecans, finely chopped
1 cup crumbled vanilla or chocolate wafers
2 tbsp cocoa plus more
1 cup powdered sugar plus more
1 1/2 tbsp light corn syrup
1/4 cup bourbon

Preparation

  1. Combine ingredients. Form rounded teaspoonfuls of mixture into small balls. Dust with extra cocoa and powdered sugar. Bourbon balls will keep 2 weeks in an airtight container.
