  • Yield

    Serves 4

Ingredients

1 12-ounce package frozen unsweetened raspberries, thawed
6 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons brandy
3 egg whites, room temperature
Pinch of salt
2/3 cup sugar
4 large ripe but firm bananas, peeled

Preparation

  1. Step 1

Puree raspberries and sugar in blender. Strain into small bowl. Mix in brandy. (Can be prepared up to 1 day ahead. Cover and refrigerate.) Set aside.
