1 1/2 cups plain low-fat kefir (fermented milk brew)
1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
1/4 cup pure maple syrup
2 tablespoons pecan pieces
2 tablespoons sliced almonds
Kosher salt

Preparation

  1. Place kefir, oats, maple syrup, pecans, and almonds in two 8-oz jars or small bowls, dividing evenly; season lightly with salt. Cover and shake or stir to combine. Chill until oats have softened, 2–2 1/2 hours.
