Ingredients

3-ounce piece daikon, cut a into small pieces
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon paprika

Preparation

    Pureé daikon in blender with 2 tablespoons water. Strain the mixture and drain 5 minutes. Transfer daikon to small bowl.
