A Burger for Brad: Barbecue Burger Deluxe

Brad is one of my husband John’s closest friends and fast becoming one of mine. He makes any situation into a party. He also claims to make the best burgers. Being Queen of burgers, I have taken him to task on this, but he never gives up the recipe. This is a tribute burger, for Brad. Brad loves to make burgers with condiments mixed into them. This one tastes like it’s made with spicy barbecue sauce and it’s topped with beefy steak sauce. It’s very Brad. Serve with fancy flavored potato chips, any brand.

Chicken or Turkey Spanakopita Burgers

Serve these with olive oil and herb potato chips, available on the snack aisle of the market.

Swordfish Burgers with Lemon, Garlic, and Parsley

Serve with oil-and-vinegar-dressed slaw and specialty chips such as Terra brand’s Yukon Gold onion and garlic chips.

Chili Dog Bacon Cheeseburgers and Fiery Fries

Serve with veggie sticks or oil-and-vinegar–dressed slaw.

Burly-Man-Size Chicken–Cheddar Barbecued Burgers with Spicy Coleslaw

Serve with waffle-cut frozen fries, cooked to package directions, or fancy specialty chips.

If you make a double batch of chimichurri sauce one night you can make these burgers in a flash the next!

Beef and Chicken Fajita Burgers with Seared Peppers and Onions
