Seriously Simple Seasoning Salt
Tip:
Purchase peeled whole garlic cloves to save time. Keep refrigerated.

Makes about 3 1/2 cups.
Ingredients
30 garlic cloves, ends cut off
2 cups kosher salt
1 tablespoon onion powder
2 tablespoons sweet Hungarian paprika
3 tablespoons good-quality chili powder
2 tablespoons ground white pepper
2 tablespoons celery seed
1 tablespoons ground ginger
1 tablespoon poultry seasoning
1 tablespoon dry mustard
1 tablespoon dried dill
Preparation
In a food processor, finely mince the garlic cloves. Combine the remaining ingredients in a large measuring cup. Add to the garlic and pulse until completely blended. Use a rubber spatula to stir the ingredients and pulse again if necessary. Transfer some of the seasoning salt to small containers with shakers and the remainder to an airtight container. Store for up to 3 months in the refrigerator.
