Crumbled feta for the Cheddar cheese
1 jalapeño, finely chopped, for the chipotle in adobo sauce

1/2 seedless cucumber, peeled and grated
1/4 medium yellow onion, grated
1 garlic clove, finely chopped

Preparation
Step 1
Prepare the rolls in the same way as described in the master recipe, #299, making the ingredient swaps listed.
Step 2
Combine the dipping sauce ingredients in a bowl; serve the cucumber–mint–yogurt dipping sauce alongside the lamb and feta rolls on a bed of Bibb lettuce.
