Ingredients

2 cups chilled crème fraîche*
3/4 cup light corn syrup
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup sugar
Pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Whisk all ingredients in large bowl. Process in ice cream maker according to manufacturer's instructions. Transfer to container, cover, and freeze. do ahead Can be made 3 days ahead. Keep frozen. Let stand at room temperature 15 minutes to soften slightly before serving.
